AeraMax PRO air purifiers are equipped with EnviroSmart™ technology, which uses intelligent sensors (noise, motion, and gases) to automatically set the optimal performance and efficiency of the purifier.
Quiet mode takes into account the need for a quiet environment (classrooms, study rooms, shared offices, meeting rooms, etc.) and increases filtration performance only after leaving the room.
Normal mode takes care of removing pollutants during room use (toilets, dining rooms, locker rooms, etc.).
The unit's controls are touch-sensitive and locked inside the unit - this prevents operation and adjustment by unauthorized persons.
Filters are sealed, so there can be no bypass of polluted air around them. Fans are energy-efficient, quiet, and have a long service life.
The unit cover is made of hardened plastic, which is resistant to vandalism and damage.

Individual Filters and Their Efficiency

Pre-filter

It captures large impurities at the very entry to the purifier and thus extends the life of carbon and HEPA filters.

Active Carbon Filter

It absorbs odors (so it is not just about masking them) and volatile organic compounds (VOCs). It uses granular activated carbon for this.

True HEPA filtrer

It captures up to 99.97% of all particles passing through it - up to the size of 0.3 microns (viruses, bacteria, mold spores, dust mites and other allergens)! Additionally, HEPA filters are equipped with an antimicrobial treatment that prevents the growth of molds, fungi and bacteria trapped in it.

PlasmaTrue™ Bipolar Ionizer

Generates ions and thus assists in perfect air filtration throughout the entire volume of the room.

Standardly, Fellowes AeraMax PRO air purifiers are supplied by the manufacturer in a combination of carbon and TrueHEPA filter (each separately). A hybrid filter (carbon + HEPA filter in one) or a separate reinforced carbon filter (without HEPA) can also be purchased.
